Are your products safe while pregnant, nursing or around children?
We are committed to providing high quality and clean products and take product safety very seriously. We only produce items that we'd personally use in our homes and gift to loved ones. Like all household products, we recommend keeping out of reach of children and pets and only using as directed.
Do you have a jar return program?
Yes, we’ve just introduced that and for every jar you return you get 5% off your next order
Do you sell custom candles?

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! In our humble opinion, Bunny Scents products make perfect gifts for any occasion. For many of our products you can choose to include a card with a personalized note. If your product does not give you this option, please write your personalized message in the notes to seller section during check-out. None of our orders include an invoice, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We typically process orders within 24 hrs.All orders placed before 3.00pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Depending on the shipping method you select, most packages arrive within a day after we drop them off at the carrier. All shipping orders will receive a notification.
Can I return my order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at bunnycandleske@gmail.com or text us on whatsapp 0717880642 within 7 days of your purchase to request a return.
Bunny Scents is not responsible for shipping charges, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
